The Journey - backup
This is a unique book that introduces quality recipes from the community, restaurants and cafes while exploring local history and food producers situated throughout the journey of the Banks Peninsula.
There are eight chapters throughout the book each sponsored by a local restaurant, café or food producer. Each has a strong focus on local, fresh, accessible and diverse seasonal food available along the journey. This is supported by over 200 recipes collected from the extended community, sponsors and food producers.
Introducing a fresh approach in food photography by Bron Marshall, a fresh delicious reflection of healthy modern food.
Produced by Tai Tapu School PTA.
We invite you to take The Edible Journey and enjoy a taste of Banks Peninsula.

I live in Canada. My daughter has a home near Little River, bought me your cookbook for Christmas. It’s gorgeous. I love the photos & layout & stories, and, of course, the recipes. I also love the fact that it’s printed in NZ. Congratulations ! It’s a treasure and has brought back many happy memories of my last visit there. Thank you, and, I wish you all well in 2014.
